Impex Flowers has a strong commitment to foster continuous development and training and aims at achieving constant improvement on its path to excellence. Following this commitment, we have conducted a multi-day training event for our sales staff with Gustavo, one of the best sales instructors in Ecuador, who coaches and assesses a number of multinational companies (such as, for example, Favorita Corporation).

The workshop was opened by Alex Hernandez and Victoria Kosyakova, the founders of the company. They highlighted the message that this training was developed in order to analyze what can be improved in our work so that our clients could benefit from it.  Impex Flowers aspires after continuous development as its organizational philosophy.

The training event was carried out in a friendly and joyful atmosphere, involving different flower industry scenarios, which also contributed to strengthening our teamwork.
