Every December all Impex Flowers team gets together in a beautiful place to celebrate the company’s birthday, Christmas and the beginning of the New Year. It is important for us to share the results of the year, the valuable lessons this year has brought us and the aspirations we have for the coming year. This year the event took place in the picturesque outskirts of Quito, in a casual and friendly atmosphere, with a focus on enhancing the values and skills of the team in pursuit of business objectives. This is an important learning and team-building event, where new goals and strategies are set, and where all the team members can make significant contributions to how they see the company’s zones of improvement and how we can serve our clients better.
